Our group of certified coaches, athletic trainers and fitness staff have developed specific programs designed for off-season and in-season performance gains.

These programs combine the four fundamental sports performance requirements of core stability, muscular strength, power and speed into a comprehensive program.

Our Core Stability program concentrates on identifying weak and tight muscle groups and muscular imbalances that affect peak performance. Our staff has developed specific exercises to correct these weaknesses and to then integrate these fundamentals into strength and power training programs.

Join our nationally-certified personal training staff for individual or group training classes designed specifically for your sport to decrease your risk of a season-ending knee injury. Our classes have been scientifically designed by our sports medicine physicians and staff to help decrease the risk of knee injuries in high school athletes.

Classes meet twice a week – group packages are available. Programs start in September.

Sports Physical Therapy

Gino is a Physical Therapist with over 20 years of experience in the area of orthopedics and sports medicine. He is a certified ART® provider and instructor and has had the honor of using these skills on elite athletes at Ironman Events. He has done extensive post graduate coursework in manual therapy including Maitland and McKenzie approaches in addition to ART® and functional strength and conditioning. Gino is currently an instructor for Active Release Technique® and has cared for a wide variety of athletes from weekend warrior and active patients to elite and professional athletes. He specializes in biomechanics and enjoys helping patients get to the root of their problems. He has always been active in sports from track and wrestling in high school and college to recreational running and triathlon.

Sports Medicine Consultations

Evaluation by our sports medicine team, including medical physicians and chiropractic doctors trained in sports medicine, as well as physical therapists, personal trainers and massage therapists. These sports medicine consultations usually require 45 to 60 minutes to complete. Please wear workout clothing and bring shorts and your running shoes!
